The Relationship Among High Performance Work System,Interpersonal Trust and Organization Citizenship Behavior:The Moderate Effect of Distribution Equity
High performance system has influence on the cooperation among people in interpersonal trust effect, organization members' intrinsic motivation and improves the organizational performance. This paper uses empirical research method and cognition trust and affect trust as two variables to investigate whether the high performance system has a positive impact on the organization citizenship behavior, and whether distribution equity moderates the variables. The results show that organization citizenship behavior is positively influenced by high performance system due to cognition trust and affect trust, and the relationship among the two trusts and the organization citizenship behavior is moderated by the distribution equity.
