This paper reviews the state in the field of strategic management, especially the researches that focus on the firm performance in the top journeys during the past ten years. A thorough excavation of these existing researches and articles leads to a discovery of a potential model which is followed by all over the strategic management and the whole organization management studies, that is, the demographic and psychogenic characteristics of individuals determine their attitude, the attitude decides their decision and behavior, then the final outcome. The paper further analyzes different segments and path of the chain, and argues that the final performance of enterprises should be the outcome of all links as well as the interaction and cumulative results in the chain.
