he difficulty seems to beyond Chinese entrepreneurs when they try to transform their dream to the true rewards. The structure of market is changing, so is competitive method, the speed of gathering wealth, business management way and growth strategy. Therefore, Chinese enterprises have to find new way to grow, which is named value growth in this paper, and enterprise qualified is called value-type enterprise. In this paper. the value-type enterprise model is proposed first based on the knowledge of Chinese enterprise’s economic setting; then ,the value strategy is proposed which consist of value increase, break through the boarder, and return to the terminal. The paper also focuses on the realization of value, which includes the leadership in Chinese market, the integration of new driven factors and the reshaping of new management. The last part of the paper is centered on how to maintain the value, which explores the current condition and cultural base that a true global enterprise should have.
