After defining the theme framing, we review the literature on framing effect, leader rhetoric, leader sensegiving etc., through which we propose the influence model for leader theme framing on the subordinates. The study framework is proposed to supply the brand new and meaningful direction for the future study on the leadersubordinate influence mechanism.
