摘要

首先介绍工业工程发展的历史,之后研究了我国工业工程的应用现状,通过对比,分析了我国工业工程应用中存在的问题与发展趋势。最后就我国企业管理应用工业工程的策略进行了战略研究与展望。

Abstract：

At the beginning of this paper, the history of the Industrial Engineering is reviewed. The status of IE's enterprise application in China is also studied, and the problems during the application are analyzed. At the end, the strategic thinking and demands on IE's enterprise application in China is presented.
