In this paper, some issues of knowledge management are discussed. Multi facet and comprehensive understanding of the knowledge economy and knowledge management are described firstly. A new discipline for the organization and management of knowledge - “Knowledge Systems Engineering”is suggested. The architectures of knowledge systems and different approaches of the knowledge integration and creation are discussed.
