A lot of problems would be faced when the quality cost management (QCM) implemented in enterprises under the guideline of theories and methods on QC in use. Among them, it should be noticed that the quality reputation loss could not be assessed completely. Beginning with proving the existence of quality reputation,the paper analyzed the effect on the quality reputation loss and established an evaluation model to unveil the loss.
