The mechanisms for IT outsourcing were analyzed.It was concluded that the mechanisms of IT outsourcing are the mixture of price control,authority one and trust one.Moreover,for each type of IT outsourcing,its main control mechanism is different.The mechanisms for market outsourcing,partnership outsourcing,insourcing are respectively based on price control,trust one,and authority one.
