高科技园区创新平台功能的正常发挥 ,是以产学研合作平台为主体、技术创新平台为核心、创新服务平台为保障的三大子平台共同作用的结果。高科技园区创新平台的运行 ,不仅有着深刻的理论依据 ,而且在创新平台内部也有其固有的运行原理

Abstract：

The innovation platform of high tech parks is consists of three sub platforms, namely, as a main part of the platform, the cooperation among industries, universities and institutes, technical innovation playing kernel role, and innovation service being an ensuring mechanism. These sub platforms work coordinately to support the operation of the innovation platform function very well. Therefore, the innovation platform for high tech parks operate not only having its profound theory, but its innate principles.
