Traditional management has been challenged by many factors, including the high complexity and uncertainty of external environment, undetectable knowledge workers, manager's bounded rationality and the complicated organizational operations. Management theories have been in "jungles" of theories without a systematic resolution. The paper proposed that the basic method of HeXie management should be a interacted and coupled dual rule mechanism including optimized design and human motivation based on the oriented issues. HeXie management could be viewed as practical activities that organizations should centralize on distinguishing the HeXie Theme and provide the resolutions by the means of optimized design and human motivation. The methodological feasibility of the HeXie management was discussed and a series of fundamental assumptions of the HeXie Theory summarized. According to the prototype of the HeXie Management Theory, the basic process and main hypothesizes of HeXie management were an alyzed.
