The deep interview was used to explore the thoughts and modes of management problemsolving in firms，and questionnaire survey  was used to validate theuniversality of “Dual-Principles” in organization system. The findings indicate that it is feasible for solving management problems using “Dual-Principles” mechanism advocated in Hexie management theory.  Some positive inspiration and effective guidance to management practice are proposed.
