20 management science's key journals selected by Management Science Department of NSFC were taken as the monitoring targets.  The articles published in these journals from 1994 to 2004 were analyzed by technology monitoring method, to describe the research level of management science and the situation of scientific forces in China. The relation between authors' paper outputs and their distributions in regions were explored and the conditions of highyield authors were inquired into.  The relation between the regions and highyield authors were also studied.
