The technological talent aggregation maybe give birth to positive effect that 1+1>2 (economic effect), also can come forth organizational conflict and appear negative effect that 1+1<2 (diseconomy effect). Using theories and methods about organizational behavior and aggregation economy, this article points out the concept and characters about the effect of technological talent aggregation, studies motive reasons of the organizational conflict: individuality conflict, communication conflict, structure conflict, right and benefit conflict and competitive environmental conflict. On the basis of it, this paper brings forward the main ways subtracting conflict: respecting, communicating and the adjusting of benefit. It offers theoretic direction for subtracting all kinds of conflicts, exerting the effect of technological talent, and promoting the phenomenon of talent aggregation turning to the effect of talent aggregation.
