How to coordinate manufacturers and suppliers is one of the main issues of supply chain management. But the recent researches always focus on the supply chain composed of the single manufacturer and supplier. The researches about the supply chain based on the BOM is few. However, this kind of supply chain exists commonly in the practical market. This paper investigates the manufacturer how to use the coordinating mechanisms based on information sharing to make each member in the supply chain gain Pareto improvement。The coordinating mechanisms consist of price mechanism and direct allowance. In final part the digital examples will be used to prove the conclusions. This paper will provide the beneficial revelations for optimization of the supply chain based on BOM.
