摘要

介绍了软件成熟度模型和IT基础设施管理理论，以及Gantner组织和英国商务部在IT服务领域的相关研究成果，提出了IT基础设施成熟度模型初步框架，最后简述了该模型的研究规划及当前所面临的问题。

Abstract：

The model of Capability Maturity , theory of IT Infrastructure management, Gantner Organization and some related research achievements in IT service field made by British Ministry of Commerce were introduced. The preliminary framework of capability maturity model for IT infrastructure was presented. The researching programming of this model and its problems facing at present were briefly introduced.
