A new method called DEA analysis method based Data Reduction Factor is proposed, in which DEA is taken as a central model and Data Reduction Factor as auxiliary model. Data Reduction Factor can epitomize many targets into the fewest public factors with economical significance.  DEA can calculate the relative efficiency value of each Data Making Unit, and then realize the priority order of each, using this method.  The operational performances of Chinese listed tourism companies during 2000—2005 were evaluated to prove the effectiveness of the method.
