Drawing on the series papers labeled as Chinese Management Theory in CJM,the author firstly questions He Xie Management Theory in several key issues,at the same time, confirms HXMT's research agenda which is in conformance with academic standard,the author secondly doubts the other two Chinese style Management Theories named as Oriental Management Theory and Hehe Management (Theory) which look like ideological umbrellas rather than social sciences based on empirical researches,then the author suggests more prudent attitude to construct Chinese Management Theory,finally,the author makes some comments on enhancing Management Research in China.
