The techno-innovation networks were described through mathematical toppology. From the given enterprises,  a method was studied to analyze the entire techno-innovation network, with the outcome forming a local areaintegral area analytic mode for this network.   The structural characteristics of the networks was explored by social capital theories, and the enterprise's social capitals in the given network were measured by adopting the (higher order) group coefficient of complex network.  By applying the capital measurement model, the technoinnovation networks of concrete vehicle in our country was studied, and the social capital of two innovative enterprises in the network was measured. Compared the social capital  Ci(-x) and Ci(x)，the reason of the differences from the respective techno-innovation strategies and the profit rates was disclosed.  The related study method and conclusion could be applied in  research of the social capital for industry economics, region economics and enterprise network.
