The case analysis method well-accepted by management scholars was originated from law and medical science. People found good effects in reducing a process or making the symptom demonstrations. In the early 20th century, case analysis method was first introduced into management teaching in classes in Haward. But recent years, the research work of case analysis seems at a standstill and fewer papers were published. It is pointed out that the case analysis in teaching differs from the case analysis in researching. A few of critical problems in class teaching were also discussed.
