From systematic view, economic transition system and its thinking of resource-typed cities based on systematic view were discussed.  The results show that economic transition of resource-typed cities is a complicated system work, which is affected by macroeconomic environment, city regional economic conditions, government, enterprises, public, city ability, and industrial system conditions.  And economic transition system of these types of the cities include support system, rally system, thrust system and pressure system. So systematic view should be used to design and implement economy transition projects of resource city.
