Relation between environment factors and the opportunism perception from Sino-foreign ventures in China was studied through a survey. It is seen that there is the influence of cognition asymmetry. Some phenomenon that could not be clarified with the result of current relevant researches was uncovered and then interpreted in the special background of this study. We expect the conclusion of this research could be subservient for both future theoretic research and business practice.
