The represent samples of 11 economical bodies were regressed linearly by EVIWES 5.0. The results show that two kinds of strategies motives of FDI mainly include costoriented FDI and marketoriented FDI. It is concluded that the foreign merchants first most regard our huge expense market as important; the next is to use our inexpensive labors and the rich natural resources because cost-oriented and market-oriented FDIs is at the relatively balanced condition in our country, The RMB revaluation will possibly influence absorbing FDI in our country. The corresponding political suggestions are also given.
