This paper extends the grey fuzzy numbers and gives the definitions of interval grey interval number and its distance. For multi-criterion decision-making problems with incomplete information, in which the criteria's value are interval grey interval number, a grey fuzzy multi-criterion decision-making approach based on objective programming is proposed in order to get the optimum weight vector of the problem and the ranking of the alternatives. An example shows the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
