This paper analyzes influence of the cooperative and competitive activities of the member enterprises on the process of SECI knowledge innovation, and analyzes that impacts the cooperative and competitive activities have in common on knowledge innovation of the member enterprises combined with the Knowledge Network Node Evolution   Law. This paper studies on influences that the knowledge innovation has on the cooperative and competitive activities of the member enterprises of high-tech virtual industry cluster from the perspective of the value net. Combined with case study, this paper studies the positive feedback relationship of the interaction among cooperation and competition and knowledge innovation of member enterprises in hightech virtual industrial cluster.
