The application of evolutionary game theory can clearly reveal the game process and characteristics of enterprise cooperative competition behavior in value network model. The research result shows that a local evolutionary stable strategy exists in the evolutionary game procedure of the enterprise cooperative competition in the value network. The evolutionary game procedure is influenced by the initial state, the system development stage, and the interest allocation mechanism.
