Abstract:Based on the systems theory perspective of traditional Chinese Five Elements philosophy, this study employs case study method to analyze Pang Dong Lai’s systematic institutional entrepreneurship practice in depth. The findings reveal that Pang Dong Lai, with the Five Elements system as its internal mechanism, constructed a systematic institutional entrepreneurship process from peripheral individual to central field actor through spiral evolution across five stages: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. The research shows that Pang Dong Lai’s systematic institutional entrepreneurship demonstrates three key characteristics: in the process dimension, it achieved a leap from individual norms to field formation; in the mechanism dimension, it formed a double helix structure based on mutual generation and restriction; in the institutional logic dimension, it established an innovation system driven by moral core values.
