Abstract：This study critically reviewed related literature, clarified the definition and summarized the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial coachability, and summarized the current research focus and limitations. Future research can explore the formation mechanism of entrepreneurial coachability from the social interaction perspective, understand the relationship between coachability and the three elements of entrepreneurship, strengthen situational research and integrate multiple research methods to deepen the research on entrepreneurial coachability.
