Abstract: By considering the relationship between order demand and service supply capacity, this study constructs crowdsourced logistics service pricing models based on service supply capacity only and both service supply capacity and service quality, respectively, and proposes the optimal service price and service quality decisions. On this basis, the optimal decisions and enterprise profits of different pricing models are compared, and the impact of compensation rate of crowdsourced deliverers on the optimal decisions and enterprise profit is analyzed. The study found that crowdsourced logistics enterprises can obtain higher profits under the pricing model based on service supply capacity and service quality. What’s more, the service price is inversely proportional to the compensation rate or first rises and then decreases with the increase of the compensation rate under different conditions, while both the service quality and the profit of crowdsourced logistics enterprises increase first and then decrease with the increase of the compensation rate.
