Adapting to Changing Circumstances and Moving Forward with the Trend: The “Knowing Change” Management Thoughts of the Co-Evolution of Keli Sensor and Environment
Abstract：Responding to the strategic renewal in the dynamic environment, this study explores the strategic adjustments made by Keli Sensor Company during different development stages in response to the management challenges brought by different environments based on the analysis of the company’s strategic evolution process, through the longitudinal case study. And summarizes the company’s chairman Ke Jiandong’s unique management ideasabout environmental change and strategic renewal. The results show that the key to the long-term development of enterprises in the changing environment is to advance with the trend through strategic renewal, the key to successful strategic renewal lies in the organic combination of positioning, trade-offs and matching, and the key to the advancement of enterprises lies in whether the entrepreneur is flexible to changing circumstances.
