Abstract：Through a survey of participants in big science projects for collaborative innovation, this study uses the embeddedness of individual networks as the main indicator to reflect collaboration intent and collaboration performance, and explores its potential antecedents and specific impact mechanisms on the basis of a priori viewpoint. The research shows that individual self-innovation expectation has a significant positive impact on the network embeddedness of R&D personnel in big science collaborative innovation, and the results also demonstrates the mediating role of social skill in this mechanism, and the moderating effect of individual perceived goal consistency.
