Abstract：Based on Upper Echelons theory，this study empirically researches on the relationship between technological entrepreneurs’political skills and entrepreneurial performance. By analyzing 454 samples, this study conducted a moderated mediation model to examine the effects of the political skills of technological entrepreneurs，dynamic capabilities of enterprises and environmental dynamics on performance and the underlying mechanism. The results showed that: political skills of technological entrepreneurs positively affected entrepreneurial performance significantly; Dynamic capabilities played a mediating role between them; Environmental dynamics significantly enhanced the relationshipsnot only between technological entrepreneurs’ political skills and entrepreneurial performance ,but between technological entrepreneurs’ political skills and dynamic capabilities; Meanwhile, the stronger environmental dynamics, the stronger the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities on the relationship between technological entrepreneurs’ political skills and entrepreneurial performance.
