中国人力资源管理的特色与发展——第8届中国人力资源管理论坛述评

摘要为顺应新时代中国经济和社会的发展，特别是当前东北地区的转型发展和深化变革趋势，加强国内人力资源管理和组织行为研究领域学者间的沟通与合作，第8届中国人力资源管理论坛以“新挑战?新机遇?新征程：中国人力资源管理的特色与发展”为主题在沈阳东北大学召开。与会学者基于会议主题进行了充分交流与研讨，并展望了未来人力资源管理研究领域的发展方向。

Abstract：Conforming to the new economic and social situation in China, especially the reform trends for enterprises’ transformation and upgrading in the northeast, the 8th China Human Resources Management Forum in 2019 was held at Northeastern University, Shenyang, from September 20th to 22nd, which aimed to facilitate communication and cooperation in the OB and HRM field. The theme of this forum was “New Journey with New Challenges and Opportunities: The Characteristics and Development of Human Resource Management in China”, and the attendees joined in it warmly and had in-depth discussions. On the basis of summarizing the views of this forum, this paper points out the future directions of human resource management.
