The Innovation of Management Theory and Practice under the Background of Chinese Culture Review and Outlooks from the 9th Forum of “China?Practice?Management”
Abstract：With the theme of “Management theory and practice under the background of Chinese culture”, the 9th “China ? Practice ? Management Forum” has incorporated “Chinese culture and management practice” into the exploration of China’s local management theory system, and has deeply discussed the frontier of management theory innovation as well as management practice under the background of Chinese traditional culture and oriental management philosophy. The in-depth visit and study of Internet enterprises - Inspur Group co., ltd and Shijikaiyuan co., ltd - deepened the theoretical researchers’ cognition of management practice in the era of the Internet. Different from previous years, this forum set special workshop ‘Haier research workshop’ and conducted an in-depth discussion on Haier model of China’s management innovation model. This session of the forum has promoted the organic integration of theory and practice of management in China.
