Abstract:Considering that the existing customer satisfaction measurement is not applicable to the scene selection problem under the new retail situation, a dynamic characterization method of multidimensional satisfaction measurement is constructed. According to the different purchase behavior of customers in different scenarios, the customer satisfaction is described with the dynamic characterization method, and it is introduced to the optimization goals. The model of smart vending machine optimal deployment considering customer dynamic satisfaction under the new retail situation is established, and the ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the problem. The feasibility, effectiveness, and operability of the decision model are verified by an example. This study demonstrates that the dynamic multidimensional satisfaction measurement is suitable for the optimization of smart vending machine deployment in different scenarios under the new retail situation, and the algorithm is robust in solving the multi-objective optimization problem of the smart vending machine under the new retail model.
