Abstract:Given heterogeneous relief logistics processes, we focus on the collaborative optimization effects of three typical transportation activities, referred to as wounded rescue, materials distribution and victim evacuation. We construct an integrated routing optimization strategy of three heterogeneous transportation services. Based on this integration strategy, we develop a collaborative routing optimization model with heterogeneous transportation processes and multiple vehicles, aiming to improve the emergency response speed by minimizing the total traveling time. Taking the severe storm of Xuancheng in Anhui as our case, an ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the built model. Also, we perform a comparative analysis on model solutions to justify the heterogeneous transportation collaboration, which demonstrates that the proposed integrated strategy and collaborative model with heterogeneous transportation services are feasible and superior.
