Abstract:Based on the social network theory and from the perspective of paradox lens, this research adopts grounded theory to investigate the key role transformation of enterprise, with dynamic theory model of network ties reconstruction. The findings show that the key individual of the enterprise, regarded as the main body of the paradox, promotes the network ties reconstruction through the role transformation, which will stimulate the change of the type, diversity and the strength of network ties. The network ties reconstruction has a positive feedback for the role transformation. Thus, this study reveals the internal mechanism of the relationship between the different roles of the subject and the external network ties inside the enterprise.
