Abstract:Aiming at the spontaneous symmetry breaking phenomenon of management research, the spontaneous symmetry breaking mechanism is introduced into the management research for the first time. And through cognition of the western management breaking phenomenon, the comparison of the meaning of management etymology between the East and the West, the thinking of “Fan-Philosophy” and the practice of enterprise management are put forward, which leads to the basic idea and the internal mechanism of “Fan-Management”. Then by using Shipan design, the “Fan-Management”system and “Fan-Management Shipan” are come up with as research tools. The results indicates that the “Cengzhan”of “Fan-Management Shipan”by the inside-out reflects the scientific logic of the whole generative theory, and the independent “Shiceng” embodies the scientific logic of atomic reductionism, revealing the unification trend of “I (East) and you (Western) ” in management research, and it is a new research paradigm which covers eastern and western management model.
