The mainstream of contemporary management has been characterized by eight aspects：“be”or“do”of the management theory；does the truth of management necessarily exist and the truth of management be useful necessarily? management technology and management science；management is natural science or social science；does management research truth exist? is there system of disciplinary theoretical system in management；management and management philosophy；the meta-management of self-reflection of management. We will continue to take advantage of positivism, reflect on its shortcomings and move towards true pluralism with the exploration of “management research philosophy”, “meta-management” and “management philosophy”. The next phase of IACMR's mission should be the return of inspiration, academic responsibility and dedication.
