In the era of Internet and sharing economy, traditional management models continuously face challenges. How to build a human resource management system that adapts to the development of the modern era, and explore new approaches of human resource management development in order to realize the breakthrough and innovation of human resource management, have become the current main issues of human resource management within organizations. In this setting, the fifth human resource management forum in China was held from November 26th to 27th in school of management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The theme of this forum was “open, inheritance, and fast: to explore new opportunities and new approaches of the Chinese human resource management”. There were 15 separate forums, such as the new situations of human resource management, traditional culture and management style, leadership, team dynamics and other related problems. The attendant experts and scholars had in-depth discussions, and made every effort to promote academic and practice fusion and progress in the field of human resource management.
