Abstract:As per development of inter-organizational cooperation networks, it brings about integrative leadership. In order to explore the effects of integrative leadership on organizational innovation performance, firstly this study divided integrative leadership into five dimensions by analyzing the literature and surveying 238 leaders participated project cooperation. Five dimensions include Leader elements integration, strategic decision-making integration, relationship integration, operational mechanism integration, security mechanism integration. Secondly, an investigation of 432 leaders participating project cooperation was conducted. And it is found that integrative leadership has a positive role in promoting organizational innovation performance. Among them, behavior integration plays a full mediation role between organization’s leadership and organizational innovation performance; knowledge absorptive capacity plays a partial mediation role between inter-organization relationship and organizational innovation performance; organization openness acts as a moderator between inter-organization relationship and knowledge absorption capacity; organization operation has a direct positive impact on organizational innovation performance.
