Abstract：As a fundamental theoretical breakthrough of entrepreneurship research, entrepreneurial bricolage does not only enlighten how all kinds of enterprises overcome resource constraints and implement innovation, but also serve as an integrating theory to combine two conflicting central propositions about the emergence of opportunities: discovered or created. However, theorizing on bricolage is still in its infancy and fragmented in various topics and mixed conclusions. Thus, we search and summarize 191 literatures, offering a literature review that gives a clearer understanding of antecedents and outcomes of entrepreneurial bricolage and research contexts, then set a research agenda and priorities for future studies: ①clarifying the definition and boundary of resources at hand; ②elucidating the content and mechanism concerning what is entrepreneurial bricolage and how it happens and evolves; ③extending the research contexts of bricolage; ④examining the effect of network, institution and prior experience on bricolage; ⑤building contingency models of entrepreneurial bricolage-performance relationship instead of examining causality.
