摘要 “管理学在中国”2015年会（第8届）围绕“新常态下的管理新挑战”这一主题，结合“一带一路”等国家战略，从当前中国管理实践的新情境出发，通过管理学者及实践者深度对话，研讨了管理理论与政策分析、公司治理与创新、组织行为与领导研究、战略分析与企业决策等几个方面的最新理论研究与实践应用成果。

Abstract：Around the conference theme of “New Challenges for Management in New Normality”, the 2015 Annual Conference of Management in China (8th) focused on state strategies such as “the Belt and Road”, rooted in the new context of Chinese management practices. Through in-depth conversations between management scholars and practitioners, the conference discussed new theoretical research and practical applications on management theory and policy analysis, corporate governance and innovation, organizational behaviors and leadership, strategic analysis and corporate decision.
