全球价值链驱动、知识转移与我国制造业升级

摘要知识、信息在全球价值链中的加速流动有助于我国制造业通过接受国际领先企业的知识和技术转移来提高核心能力。基于国内外研究成果，从全球价值链驱动模式入手，对全球价值链下的知识转移进行了分析，认为不同价值链驱动模式下我国本土制造业通过嵌入全球价值链获取来自领先企业的知识存在差异，从而决定了其技术进步与升级路径的不同。

Abstract：The accelerating flow of information and knowledge in the global value chain provides important mechanisms and channels for Chinese manufacturing industries to achieve advanced knowledge, and technology transfers from developed leading companies help them improve core capabilities. Three kinds of driving mode of the global value chain are classified and knowledge transfer of global value chain is analyzed in this study. It explores different upgrading paths of Chinese manufacturing industries driven by global value chain from the perspective of knowledge transfer. It believes within the different valuechain driving modes, the knowledge transfer that our Chinese domestic manufacturing industries have obtained by embedding in the global value chain, differs accordingly with its technological improvement and upgrading path to some extent.
