Stealing during Team Entrepreneurship Process

Abstract：Team entrepreneurship is one of the important ways of entrepreneurship, but the team partner may steal the entrepreneurial opportunity. So, the entrepreneur needs to deign the mechanism to prevent the opportunity from stealing by the partners. The pay-off based on outcome is one mechanism to solve this problem. Through constructing the game model, this study finds out that when entrepreneur develops high risk, moderate risk or lower risk entrepreneurial opportunity, he should use different kinds of contract mechanism to prevent team members from stealing the opportunity.
