Abstract:Based on the organizational support theory, a phase conceptual model of influence mechanism of human resource management on organizational support from complex systems
perspective is constructed firstly. And then, addressing the enterprise needs of building feedback mechanism, the multiperiod dynamic model on the dynamics between perceived human
resource management and perceived organizational support at individual level is constructed. Lastly, combined with the individualorganization complex perspective and the multiperiod
dynamic development, we further formulate the multiperiod dynamic model based on complex systems perspective. The results can be applied to the human resource management practice and will
help manager deeply understand the features of multiperiod role of human resource management on organizational support. It will help managers effectively adjust the human resource
management policies, improve the human resource management practice, enrich the organizational support theory and methods, and provide theoretical guidance and methodological support for
executives to improve their management skills. It also implies direction for the future experimental study and empirical study.
