中国道德领导的结构与测量初探

摘要在现有理论的基础上，对道德领导在中国情境下具有的内涵进行了深层次的探讨，并在反复检验和修订的基础上发展了中国道德领导的测量工具。研究表明：中国道德领导是一个三因素结构，包括道德品质、尊重与包容、道德奖惩3个维度；基于中国道德领导的内涵编制了中国道德领导问卷（CELQ），数据结果显示该问卷的各项指标都达到了心理测量学的要求，具有较高的可靠性和有效性，项目设计科学合理。

Abstract：This study is designed to explore the construct of ethical leadership in Chinese context, and to further develop the Chinese Ethical Leadership Questionnaire (CELQ). Results show that: 1. Chinese ethical leadership is a 3dimension construct, including: moral traits, respect and tolerance; ethical rewards and punishments; 2. Chinese ethical leadership questionnaire demonstrates satisfying psychometric properties. The reliability and validity analysis reveals that Chinese Ethical leadership questionnaire is well designed with 24 effective items.
