社会规范视角下的关系理论之合法性研究

摘要对国内外关系理论和近似理论文献的梳理，为中国学者走出关系理论合法性困境提供了潜在机会。通过明晰中国式“关系”的概念，在总结关系前因变量和结果效应的基础上，给出关系理论在社会规范视角下的解释，并最终通过将社会资本理论、社会交换理论、信任理论与关系理论进行对比，提出论证关系合法性的可能突破口。

Abstract：Base on an intensive examination of the literature on guanxi and some related theories, we propose some potential possibilities for guanxi researchers to break the dilemma. Firstly, we clarify the concept of guanxi, exhibit findings about the antecedents and consequences of guanxi. Then, we elaborate on how we can define guanxi as a unique combination of relational structure and social norms in Chinese context. As a conclusion, we compare guanxi with the theories of social capital, social exchange and trust, and put forward some future directions for guanxi research.
