摘要 “管理学在中国”2013年会（第6届）是中国管理学界关于本土化管理理论研究与实践探索的一次集体性反思与总结。结合大会报告、专题论坛讨论、会议论文以及现场交流情况，从“管理学在中国”实践探索、“管理学在中国”理论研究、商业组织研究、政府与非营利组织研究等方面对本届研讨会上的主要学术观点进行综述和点评。

Abstract：The 2013 Annual Conference of Management in China（6th）is a collective reflection and summary of local management theory research and practical exploration from current Chinese management community. Through summary of plenary lectures, special seminars, conference papers and live communication, main academic viewpoints are reviewed in the aspects of practical exploration and theory research of management in China, business organization management, government and non-profit organization management.
