Abstract：hrough the empirical study on the pilot clustering manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Provinces in China, the paper concludes that: influence of
institutional capital on relationship capital and technological innovation performance of manufacturing members in the industrial cluster is significant; the influence of relationship
capital on technological innovation performance of manufacturing members in the industrial cluster is also significant; and relationship capital is a partial mediator for the influence of
institutional capital on technological innovation performance of manufacturing members in the industrial cluster.
