Abstract:Through the exploration of the foundation in the knowledge integration process, the paper puts forwards the concept of knowledge cohesion level, by which the flexibility, logic, systematicness of the organization can be measured. Through the analysis of impetus for knowledge integration and the describing of the factors involving in knowledge integration process, the conceptual model of knowledge integration is proposed in this paper. And, this research introduces system dynamics to set up quantization model of knowledge integration in the internal of organization. The model describes the change of knowledge cohesion level in the process of knowledge integration. At last, it is founded the knowledge cohesion level curve is made up of S type rise curve approximately. Through the analysis of elements affecting the knowledge cohesion level, it is shown that how the three rate variables such as knowledge fitting, knowledge failing, knowledge acquisition influence the knowledge cohesion is obtained.
